Georgia’s wine-making heritage is as rich and storied as that of anywhere else in the world, with scientists estimating that the people of Georgia were producing wine as far back as 8,000 years ago.

Ensconced between the Greater Caucasus mountain range, to the north, and the Lesser Caucasus range, to the south, Georgia is blessed with a temperate climate that lends itself perfectly to producing the most delectable wines.

After our first visit to Georgia, we fell in love with the wine. After all, its impossible not to there!

On return to the UK we realised it was hardly sold.

With the newly aquired tast for georgian wine, we set up a UK georgian wine shop, and have been importing and selling it ever since!
